With over 15 years of experience in online retail, Iām a seasoned UX Designer who has refined my skills at leading companies such as Zappos, Wayfair, Art.com, and most recently, Shipt.

Developed an innovative way to shop by categories, collaborating closely with product management, user research, site merchandise, marketing, and various development teams (CMS, search, front-end, back-end, mobile, and desktop).
Guided internal brainstorms with 30+ designers as part of early research for shopping by a category.
Helped develop scripts and prototypes for moderated interviews that user research would conduct to gather customer feedback.
